In February, our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are challenging ourselves to complete a heap of push-ups between February 5-27, 2026 to #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Canada.
You can help us push for better mental health in Canada by joining us or donating to our Community.
All proceeds go to the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.

Past Events
We celebrated those who uplift mental wellness in our community! It was an evening of live music and dance performances featuring local talent.
From February 11 to 28, 2025, participants completed 2,000 push-ups (or a more accessible variation of this), which represents the ~2,000 lives lost to suicide each day, worldwide.

On October 1st, 2022, Jane Zielke and Damien Gagnon did a fundraising event for CMHA Battlefords Branch. The event included selling honey lip balm, fire starters and pumpkins to smash or take home, a BBQ and monster truck rides.
Damien is a beekeeper (Red Beard Bees). The monster truck rides were courtesy Bout Time Ride Truck – a special thank you to the owners of the truck, RJ and Kelly.
Damien raised $1600 for CMHA Battlefords Branch and we’d like to take this time to acknowledge his generosity and to thank all that attended to make the event successful.
